S.T.A.R.T. brings all stakeholders together at our Administrative facility and reviews every detail of a proposed plan prior to the start of the academic year. S.T.A.R.T. ensures a smooth transfer of your student health insurance plan, and minimizes disruption for your insured students.

The key Administrative departments – Customer Service, Claims, Premium Accounting, Compliance and Provider Services all participate in documenting the administration of your plan, from enrollment to the appropriate claims handling for each benefit.

The resulting knowledge base is published online for access by all UnitedHealthcare StudentResources employees and provided to our clients in an Implementation Binder that provides ready reference for our clients throughout the policy year.
